Public overview of DNSBL API activity. The page also shows whitelist rows that are explicitly marked public and exempt hosts or networks from blacklist handling.

What is shown here?

API counters come from the same DNSBL stats service that powers GET /api/dnsbl/stats.
Declined / non-success means the request did not end in a 2xx/3xx response. That can be validation, auth, rate limits, or other denials — not only backend crashes.
Whitelist rows come from DNSBL_V5.ipwhitelist, but only entries with is_public = 1 are shown here.
Local network rows are special cleanup exceptions: they are excluded from blacklist handling and operators normally purge them from the DNSBL zones when they appear there.
