Job Search uses two complementary JobTech sources. Each profile search queries the live JobTech search endpoint for fresh targeted matches and also searches an hourly local snapshot for advertisements that may already have moved outside JobTech's bounded result window.
The local snapshot is maintained automatically by Tools and does not require an RSS source to be configured under /rss. Indexed advertisements are also available under /feed/job-search and can be requested as JSON with an Accept: application/json header.
The local index is discovery evidence. Job Search still applies the profile's saved locations, keywords, exclusions, relevance rules and normal verification flow before a candidate becomes a verified listing.
