Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-04-25
These Terms of Service apply to the Tornevall Networks Tools platform, including the public website, authenticated admin pages, APIs, automation features, AI-assisted workflows, and official clients/integrations.
By using Tools, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope
These terms cover use of:
tools.tornevall.net and tools.tornevall.com
- public and authenticated web features
- public and authenticated API endpoints
- official clients and integrations that connect to Tools
- automation features such as AI generation, feed processing, moderation helpers, and admin/operator utilities
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Tools to:
- violate applicable law or third-party rights
- abuse, overload, or probe the service in a hostile way
- bypass authentication, rate limits, or access restrictions
- submit malware, credential theft attempts, or harmful automation
- use Tools as a platform for spam, harassment, fraud, or unauthorized surveillance
Tornevall Networks may suspend, restrict, or remove access when use appears abusive, unsafe, or operationally harmful.
3. Accounts, permissions, and tokens
Some Tools features require:
- a user account
- a browser session
- one or more API keys or bearer tokens
- explicit permission grants for restricted tools
You are responsible for:
- keeping your credentials secure
- rotating exposed tokens immediately
- ensuring your client configuration uses the correct permission scope
- not sharing admin/operator access with unauthorized users
4. API and integration usage
When you use the Tools APIs or official integrations, you must:
- follow the documented authentication model for the specific endpoint
- respect endpoint-specific rate limits and operational constraints
- send only the data required for the requested feature
- avoid replay, scraping, or automation patterns that degrade service for others
We may reject, throttle, or disable requests that are unsafe, malformed, or inconsistent with the documented contract.
5. AI-assisted features
Tools includes AI-assisted features such as drafting, analysis, fact-checking, classification, and moderation helpers.
Important limitations:
- AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate for your use case
- generated text should be reviewed before use in any sensitive, legal, financial, medical, or public-facing context
- the user/operator remains responsible for what is ultimately sent, stored, published, or acted upon
Where a feature is review-first, dry-run-first, or approval-gated, that review step is part of the intended safe use of the platform.
6. Third-party providers
Some Tools features depend on third-party services such as X, OpenAI, Slack, SoundCloud, Microsoft, mail infrastructure, DNS providers, or similar platforms.
That means:
- availability may depend on those providers
- provider-side permissions or policy changes may break integrations
- your use of those connected services may also be governed by their separate terms and policies
Tools is not responsible for third-party outages, quota changes, policy enforcement, revoked credentials, or provider-side API restrictions.
7. Service availability
Tools is provided on an operational best-effort basis.
We may:
- change, limit, or remove features
- alter endpoint behavior or access requirements
- suspend specific integrations for security, abuse prevention, or maintenance
- add logging, diagnostics, or safety checks needed for stability and protection
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent backward compatibility for every internal/admin feature.
8. Data and privacy
Use of Tools is also subject to the Privacy Policy:
If these terms and the privacy policy both apply to a question, read them together.
9. Intellectual property and content responsibility
Tornevall Networks retains rights to the Tools platform itself, including code, UI, documentation, and service-specific implementation details, except where separate licenses state otherwise.
Users remain responsible for ensuring they have the right to submit, process, analyze, or republish content they send into Tools.
10. Termination and restriction
We may suspend or terminate access when:
- credentials are abused or exposed
- a feature is used outside its intended scope
- use creates legal, security, or operational risk
- a connected provider requires suspension
We may also rotate, disable, or revoke credentials or integration paths for safety reasons.
11. No warranty
Tools is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that:
- every feature will always be available
- generated output will be correct
- integrations with third-party services will remain stable
- every endpoint or admin workflow will fit a particular business or legal requirement
